Service and digital delivery

Tourvist is a brand of APEX Technology Evolution s. r. o. We confirm the location, capture scope, deliverables, schedule, hosting and any optional outputs in a written proposal. An enquiry or a visit to this website does not place an order; the contract is agreed separately.

Delivery is digital: a tour link, embed code or agreed files, depending on the service. Google and Matterport control their own publication, processing and platform availability. Their processing time is separate from our agreed preparation and delivery schedule.

If our work has a technical fault, contact info@tourvist.com with the project details. We will investigate and correct a fault for which we are responsible, including a repeat capture where appropriate. These terms do not limit your statutory rights concerning defective services.

Prices and payment

Published prices exclude VAT. Before you commit, your proposal states the applicable tax and total payable, together with any travel, accommodation, hosting, platform or optional-output charges. The agreed package and hosting period are set out in the proposal.

The payment method and due date are stated in your proposal or invoice. Invoices are issued under the applicable Slovak rules. There is no payment checkout on this website; preparing an enquiry email does not make a payment or conclude a contract.

Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

If you cancel at least 24 hours before the crew’s agreed arrival, we refund payments for the cancelled shoot in full. For later cancellations, only demonstrable costs agreed in advance may be charged. This cancellation policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

If you are a consumer and conclude a service contract at a distance, you generally have 14 days from the date of conclusion to withdraw without giving a reason. Statutory exceptions and any longer period required by law remain applicable. This statutory consumer right does not automatically apply to business contracts.

We start work within that withdrawal period only at your express request and after the required information and consent. You lose the right to withdraw from a fully performed service only where the legal conditions, including prior express consent and acknowledgment of that loss, have been met. If you withdraw after requesting an early start, a proportionate amount for work already provided is payable only where the law allows it. Digital delivery alone does not remove your rights.

To cancel, withdraw or report a problem, email info@tourvist.com or write to our registered office listed on the company details page. Include your name, the service, the contract date and a clear statement of your request. You do not have to use a particular form to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal.

For statutory withdrawal, we make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice, subject to any lawful proportionate charge for services already provided. We use the original payment method unless you agree to another method at no extra cost.

If a consumer complaint is rejected or a request for redress receives no reply within 30 days, you may seek alternative dispute resolution through the competent body, including the Slovak Trade Inspection where it has jurisdiction. Slovak law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection available in your country of habitual residence.
