Before we begin

A clearer picture.

Practical answers about capture, virtual tours and getting your project ready.

01How is a virtual tour different from a Matterport digital twin?

A 360° tour connects panoramic viewpoints into an interactive visit. A Matterport digital twin also represents the spatial relationship between areas, with supported 3D views and optional technical outputs.

02Where do you work?

Tourvist is based in Slovakia. We plan projects in Slovakia, Czechia and across Europe, with travel and access agreed for each location.

03Do visitors need to install an app?

The experiences can be opened in a supported web browser. A current browser and a stable connection help with detailed 3D content.

04Can the experience go on our own website?

Yes. The agreed delivery can include a shareable link and an embed for your website. Branding, navigation and hosting are defined in the project proposal.

05How long does a project take?

It depends on the area, access, the capture method and the outputs. We agree the schedule after reviewing your space. External platform processing may have its own timing.

06How should we prepare the space?

Have the space tidy and ready in its intended arrangement. Agree access, lighting, restricted areas and the presence of people before the capture begins.

07Is a drone shoot always possible?

No. We assess the location, weather, airspace restrictions and required permissions before confirming an aerial capture.

08What determines the price?

You can find Google 360°, Web 360° and Matterport area packages on our pricing page. The final price depends on the space, location, access and optional extras. Larger or complex projects are quoted individually before we begin.
